Returns

• Products are eligible for return only if:
  • They are damaged during transit.
  • You receive a wrong item in your order.
  • The product is defective or expired upon delivery.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Please Note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or damage caused during shipping.
• Refunds will not be issued for items that are used, damaged (by the customer), or missing parts.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to process a return and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as those classified under hygiene-sensitive categories (e.g., lip care, eye care), are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
